Is it possible to filter ‘noise’ when using wireless headphones on your TV?

It depends upon the nature of the noise. If you’re talking about hiss, try switching from mono to stereo.

No - not really - not for the headphones you have.
The noise is introduced into the analogue radio signal as it is transmitted between the unit plugged into your TV and the headphones that are picking up the signal.
I have a pair of Sony wireless headphones (and they weren’t cheap) that receive higher background noise than the music even when standing next to the transmitter. They now live abandoned in my garage.
Best bet is to go digital - the interference is ignored (or causes no sound at all because the intended signal is too badly corrupted). I haven’t tried Bluetooth headphones yet but they should be far superior to what you have now.
