ne1 own the Turtle beach Earforce HPA 5.1 surround sound headphones? if so can u plz help me w/ my problem?
ByWell I have had these headphones for some time now and they havent failed me until now. I just recently reformatted my computer and now for some reason the front right channel doesnt work. Only the front right channel. I tried reconnection everyting, installing and uninstalling drivers, but no luck , can anyone help me?
You might want to try un-installing the headphones themselves in Windows. Right click "My Computer", choose "Properties", then the "Hardware" tab, then "Device Manager". Your headphones MAY be listed under "Sound, video and game controllers"-if not, expand every node until you find them. Then, right click the headphones and select "Uninstall". Re-boot Windows, and when it prompts you with the "New Hardware Found", go ahead and install your headphones software & drivers.
