Was trying to see if there are any headfones out there, hopefully not too expensive…willing to spend about $100….that have good bass…if thats possible.

I have a pair for my cell phone, but the jack…plug..thingy…is smaller than your standard one. So i can’t stick it into a computer or anything…..it has Ok bass effect, but i think its cuz the ear pieces actually go into my ear canal…

My friend let me borrow his bose headphones…..they had the best bass i’ve ever heard, but still somewhat weak.

You think thats the top of the line or is there anything better.

I figure bose’s claim is the noise reduction….which i would say is amazing………..just turnin on those headphones without music makes a huge difference…..but feel like thats where the money you spend goes to.

i usually only listen to hard dance or trance. Half the time the bass over powers the music and thats what i like.

So any help would be great.

I’ve got a pair of the MDR-V600 Studio Monitor Series and they’re great. The V700 series is supposed to have a a bit more lower bass extension. And the price ain’t bad, in fact it’s looks like they’ve come down about $20 compared to a couple of years ago.

PS : Do yourself and your wallet a favor, and stay away from Bose.
