a stereo has Stereo headphone jack and AC/DC power operation can i hook a cordless microphone with a acoutlet?

The power cord is for power. If you plug a wireless microphone into it - the unit won’t work, because it’s not getting any power. If the unit runs on batteries (and has a power cord) - the microphone still won’t work. The power cord has nothing to do with microphones.
The main question is whether or not this stereo is equipped to use a microphone. If there is only a headphone jack and a power cord - I seriously doubt it.
Granted, there are things like iPods where you can get ad-ins - but they have specific software that you have to use - which is then transfered to your iPod the next time it is connected to your computer.
Assuming this is not an iPod - it’s doubtful that your wireless mike will work with this stereo.
You’d need a stereo with a microphone jack (which can be the same size as a headphone jack) - for any type of microphone (wireless or otherwise) to work with it.
