When i plug in my headphones to the computer I dont hear anything?
ByWhen i plug in my headphones to my computer I cant hear any sound. I checked the sound speech and audio devices control panel and all volume is turned up all the way. Do I have to buy something? does anyone know how i could fix this?
Try the control panel, Sound icon and see if a meter is off.

1) make sure you are in the speaker/ headphone jack.
2) in the audio configuration, make sure the audio device selected is correct and has the right driver installed.
if sound still isn’t working, go out and buy a sound card
