Is inserting my headphones in my computer damaging it?
ByEverytime i want, i just insert my headphones in my computer, without clicking on anything before or after, i just insert them and thats it. Is that damaging my computer? Ive been doing this for 1 1/2 month already. If it is damaging it and i need to click on something first, please tell me where and how. thanks

ok..if u bought the machine from a store, then just jack in and everyhting is fine no worries
if u custom made ur machine, make sure the correct drivers are installed so it works ok
it looks as though u boought it from a store….so no worries…..

Nope .
When you jack into the computer it just cuts out the speakers same as a stereo set .
If the sound does not cut out when you "jack in" there may be a problem.
Check the manual.
